For those that park in the surface lot, deliveries will continue for the renovation (furniture, scaffolding, appliances, etc.) and the delivery trucks may be temporarily parked in the surface parking lot. Your patience is appreciated during this time. Thank you!

This Week

• Continuing scaffolding on the stairs

• Continuing the installation of storefront vestibule on the first floor

• Finishing wood risers and stairs

• Continuing installation of precast terrazzo on display steps

• Installing felt wall panels

• Started onsite AV work

• Started mechanical test and balancing

• Conference room tables were delivered

• Resurfacing of the exterior ceiling started

• Pantry appliances were delivered and installed

• Beginning installation of the new fire alarm panel ongoing

• Continuing exterior masonry cleaning and repairs

Next Week

• Scaffolding will come down on Monday

• Finish storefront

• Install reception desk and top

• Install carpet in vestibule

• Install card readers, cameras and doorbells

• Start planter installation in lobby

• Exterior painting will begin
