Weekly Progress Updates 12.9.22

Thank you again for your continued patience and cooperation through our renovation. This Week

• Completed fireproofing of steel on the second floor

• Tile backer drywall in the restrooms

• Continuing to frame soffits and ceilings on the second floor

• Continuing drywall taping

• Continuing overhead MEP rough-in on the first floor

• In-wall pantry plumbing testing and insulating

• Prepping the first-floor steel for framing and spray insulation

Saturday

• The office will be closed this Saturday, 12/10, for waterproofing work.

Next Week

Below are some activities taking place next week as we continue to stay on schedule.

• Drywall taping will continue

• Framing soffits and ceiling on the second floor will continue

• Last concrete pour on the first floor

• Start and finish spray proofing on the first floor

• Start cold-form metal framing of the exterior wall

• Start ceramic tile prep on the second-floor restrooms

General reminders

• During construction, parking spaces have been assigned. Please ensure that you use only your spot or park offsite.

• Visitors will not be able to park in the lot and visiting employees should be prepared to find remote parking. Double parking will not be permitted.

• Emergency issues related to the 643 renovations should be routed to Jack Brown at 847-338-4308.

• All general building maintenance/engineering issues should still be sent to Tom Brannon at 847-609-7893.
