Thank you again for your continued patience and cooperation through our renovation. New progress photos are attached and you can also use HoloBuilder to see updates of the progress work.
This Friday, please be aware of construction activity around the elevator banks.
This Week
Started ceramic tile prep
Started second floor painting
Started installing grid
Continued first floor overhead and inwall rough-in.
Started MEP rough-in, hard ceilings and grid
Re-work barricade to turn elevator back on
Started to install shade pockets
Insulated cold metal framing on the first floor
Next Week
Will start putting the framing back together in exterior parking area ceiling
Ceramic tile in restrooms
Painting of walls and ceiling on second floor
Ceiling close-up inspection on the second floor
Drywall and taping of ceilings after inspection.
Drop ceiling tile
Below are some activities taking place next week as we continue to stay on schedule.
General reminders
During construction, parking spaces have been assigned. Please ensure that you use only your spot or park offsite.
Visitors will not be able to park in the lot and visiting employees should be prepared to find remote parking. Double parking will not be permitted.
Emergency issues related to the 643 renovations should be routed to Jack Brown at 847-338-4308.
All general building maintenance/engineering issues should still be sent to Tom Brannon at 847-609-7893.
