Thank you again for your continued patience and cooperation through our renovation. Be sure to check out the photos of our progress.
This Week
Framing started.
Structural steel and decking have been completed.
Shoring in the garage was completed this week.
Overhead mechanical rough-in work continued.
Louver openings in the east exterior wall were cut in.
Plumbing rough-in work is ongoing.
Concrete formwork for the curb started.
Spray installation began on the 2nd floor's exterior walls.
Next Week
Again, thank you for your patience. Below are some activities taking place next week as we continue to stay on schedule.
Pouring concrete curb.
Monumental stair installation starting.
Wall framing work is ongoing.
Overhead mechanical rough-in work is ongoing.
In-wall rough-in is ongoing.
General reminders
During construction, parking spots have been assigned. Please ensure that you use only your spot or park offsite.
Visitors will not be able to park in the lot and visiting employees should be prepared to find remote parking. Double parking will not be permitted.
Emergency issues related to the 643 renovations should be routed to Jack Brown at 847-338-4308.
All general building maintenance/engineering issues should still be sent to Tom Brannon at 847-609-7893.
