Thank you again for your continued patience and cooperation through our renovation. We are now including photos each week to share progress on the renovation.
This Week
Structural steel delivered and installation started.
Wall layout complete and door frames are ongoing.
MEP Layout, scanning, coring and start rough-in started
Shoring was installed in the garage. Parking will still be limited
There will only be one electric charging station available in the garage.
Saturday
The office will be closed for sanitary and hot water rework.
There will also be concrete chipping on the exterior of the building
Drywall delivery on Saturday.
Next Week
Again, thank you for your patience. Below are some activities taking place next week as we continue to stay on schedule.
Framing will start next week.
Structural steel and decking will be ongoing.
Shoring in the garage will be removed later in the week.
Overhead mechanical rough-in work will continue.
Cutting louver openings in the east exterior wall.
Plumbing rough-in work is starting.
General reminders
During construction, parking spots have been assigned. Please ensure that you use only your spot or park offsite.
Visitors will not be able to park in the lot and visiting employees should be prepared to find remote parking. Double parking will not be permitted.
Emergency issues related to the 643 renovations should be routed to Jack Brown at 847-338-4308.
All general building maintenance/engineering issues should still be sent to Tom Brannon at 847-609-7893.
