Thank you again for your continued patience and cooperation through our renovation. We’re looking forward to everyone joining the 643 Ribbon Cutting on June 1 from 10:00am – 12:00 pm. Please respond to the Save the Date I sent out earlier this week.
This Week
Metal column covers being installed
Infill Phase 2 temporary entrance, exterior wall and interior conference room
Installed bike racks
Final cleaning on the second floor is complete
Architectural punch of first floor happening on Friday
Started architect punch list
AV commissioning work is ongoing
Demountable partitions and new carpet in new huddle rooms will be installed
Signage will be installed
This Weekend
Barricades and floor protection in lobby will be removed
The lobby will be cleaned
The storage area in the parking lot will be condensed
Next Week
Fire department and final inspections
First floor architectural punch completion and cleaning
Start reception desk switch
Install Bevi machine
For those that park in the surface lot, deliveries will continue for the renovation (furniture, scaffolding, appliances, etc.) and the delivery trucks may be temporarily parked in the surface parking lot. Your patience is appreciated during this time. Thank you!
