Thank you again for your continued patience and cooperation through our renovation. Remember to check the project website updatesatthe643.com for more information including virtual tours, high performance and technology being used on the 643 project. You can also use HoloBuilder to see 360 photo updates of the progress work.
Starting Monday, 4/24 the main building entrance will be open again. Doors from the parking lot and the sidewalk will be accessible. The temporary entrance will no longer be in use. See attached logistics plan.

Continued installation of reception desk and top
Installed carpet in vestibule
Installed card readers, cameras and doorbells
Started planter installation in lobby
Installed glass handrail at first floor
Finishing resurfacing the exterior ceiling
Mechanical commissioning

Phase 3 will begin
Main building entrance will reopen
Temporary entrance will be removed and infilled
Next Week
Exterior painting
Metal column covers will be installed
Infill Phase 2 temporary entrance, exterior wall and interior conference room
Install bike racks
Start final cleaning throughout the space
Start architect punch list
AV commissioning work
For those that park in the surface lot, deliveries will continue for the renovation (furniture, scaffolding, appliances, etc.) and the delivery trucks may be temporarily parked in the surface parking lot. Your patience is appreciated during this time. Thank you!
